Inspired by the iconic Sycamore Gap , this pork sausage boasts a unique blend of flavours that captures the essence of the picturesque landscape. Every bite is a delightful journey through the Northumberland countryside.
Infused with a tantalising blend of honey, Mustard and Nettle, This unique creation pays homage to Roman influences of the area, brining ancient flavours to modern tables.
In collaboration with the Pele Trust, this sausage is a testament to the creativity of our local youth.

In January 2024 we invited the winner of the completion in collaboration with the Pele Trust - James Age8 and his friend Hugo along to our Factory witness the first official pack of ‘The Sycamore Sizzler’ being made.
James & Hugo along with their teacher and Richard from the Pele Trust visited our Sausage factory, to witness James creation come to life.
Most importantly James and Hugo taste tested the first pack of James’s creation ‘ The sycamore Sizzler’ and declared it ‘so good’ and ‘Delicious’.
